Have a request that would fix my only complaint I have with Join. I would love to get an option to change how the popup looks on the phone, after you copy something. Currently, it is kind of intrusive. Ideally, Id like to be able to hide the copied text so only the circle shows up. Secondly, it would be awesome if we could change the color of the circle, for example instead of the orange perhaps have a dark theme.

Amoled screens don't use power when they have to display true black (#000000), plus dark mode is easier on the eyes. 

In addition to that, accent color picker would be nice. 

My current chrome theme doesn't look as good when there is an orange messaging box drop down. Maybe adding a few color options would be nice. The current default orange inst the most appealing to the eye.

Even though I think dark should be standard and white as an iap

I hate apps with large amaounts of white spaces argh!   a dark or night mode mode would be very appreciated

The current notification sound on chrome on my PC is getting old, and I have been unable to find a way to change it to a custom sound. That would be an excellent feature!

I've see that Join have Tasker integration option. Could you do the same thing for Automate app. 

It'll be cool if we can start, stop or send data to a flow. 

I use Join with Homeassistant.

Is it possible to request the current location from any device via the API? 

Because i cant connect to my SmartHome from outside, i would love to see this Feature.

My most frequent use of action buttons is with emails and YouTube. Both Gmail and Inbox use more than 1 action button (on Inbox those would be to mark Done and Reply). On YouTube it has Watch Later and Turn Off. It can get annoying quickly to always have to click on the button to show the popup with all buttons, when it could've been just there. And at least in these cases, I believe the first button would be the most used one.

This idea could also be expanded to: allow the first 2 buttons and removing the dismiss one (with X dismissing everywhere

Chrome allows for different types of app. Extension and Apps. Currently, you have it setup for an Extension. It is great I love what you're doing, but I would much rather launch it like its own program. Adding this to Chrome Apps (which doesn't take much effort) Would make this product so much more viable.

In Developed countries, dual-sim phones are a common thing. I have two Lennovo phones with dual sim support, and I was hoping the it is possible to have this feature if it's not a pain.

1. The Join popup closes as Chrome loses focus, which is bad because it makes it a lot harder to drag&drop something into the popup.

2. It would be nice if I could change the device that receives a file by hovering over it. (currently everything goes to the selected device)

How is it going? 

Currently auto spotify has the function of adding the currently playing track to a playlist. Can this functionality also be implemented for Google play music?

Maybe you could implement notification + devices combinations (some sort of notification matrix). Let users choose which notifications will be sent to which device (e.g. i don't want to see pokemon go notifications at work etc.)

A push should be dependable, it should be guaranteed to be seen the next time I boot up the receiving device. This is the one thing that forces me to keep Pushbullet on all my devices.

Some text files I copy to my PC clipboard are obviously too big to sync with my phone clipboard, which is understandable. However the problem I have is that as soon as Join tries to sync it then my PC clipboard is truncated so it no longer contains the whole text file, so I have a window of about 3 seconds to do a copy and paste before Join modifies the PC clipboard and deletes everything beyond the first 5000 characters.

I never need to copy such large amounts of text between devices, so a simple "if clipboard contents < 5000 chars

While watching a Youtube video on my phone, if I push it to my computer (Chrome) using the Youtube "share -> Join" function, the video will begin playing on my computer, but will start at the beginning. It would be great if the timestamp could be incorporated into the push so that the video starts playing on my computer where it left off on my phone. This would also be nice in reverse (computer to phone with timestamp). Thank you!

Would be great if its possible to answer on a synced notification from whatsapp on another phone. Just like with SMS.
