When pushing Youtube from phone to browser, start playing video where it left off

While watching a Youtube video on my phone, if I push it to my computer (Chrome) using the Youtube "share -> Join" function, the video will begin playing on my computer, but will start at the beginning. It would be great if the timestamp could be incorporated into the push so that the video starts playing on my computer where it left off on my phone. This would also be nice in reverse (computer to phone with timestamp).
