I use Join primarily to trigger Tasker commands. I do not need these commands to be added to my push history on Google Drive, so it would be nice to be able to disable push history (either entirely, or just for Tasker commands) in order to reduce wireless data usage and save storage space on Google Drive.

Perhaps a widget that will toggle text capture off for x (TIME) then auto-reset text capture. 

Or a toggle to turn text capture on, and off? 

The idea here is for Security when you need to copy & paste say, a password? 

I know there's an option to open them automatically, but I would prefer to have an option to open them all at once when I choose to.

And even better would be if all of the links were dismissed from the Join menu when they open.

Some apps, such as WhatsApp, send both standard and persistent notification. For example, WhatsApp sends standard notifications for messages, but then sends a persistent notification ("WhatsApp Web active") when you are using WhatsApp Web or WhatsApp for the desktop. It would be nice to be able to turn off the app's persistent notifications so we only see the message notifications. 

This would be nice to get rid of notifications popping up on your PC if someone is looking over your shoulder instead of having to click -> mute notifications -> click a time.

Instead of showing the entire body of notifications, it would be nice to have an option to truncate a specific number of characters.

By default you get Join's SMS Notification. You can enable your SMS app's notification. Then you receive both notifications. I prefer having my SMS app's notification (Android Messages) and not Join's. So, I would like a way to disable Join's notification.

I am using the Windows 10 app.

Could you add a feature where we could export/restore settings so it can be easier when we need to uninstal/install join again?

It woul be nice to maintain the onld device id but if just keeps our settings like notifications, clipboard, pushes and others.

Compatibility with Oreo's notification channel so we can hide the persistent notification used to monitor the clipboard.

Would be nice to have a volume slider for chrome as opposed to a checkbox for whether or not to play the sound. Thanks!

Secound i would like to see a cloud store of adressbook not just sync it to Google Drive, i have quit every singel Google Service so a cloud would be alot bettre that store it into a storages spaces, get dubbel notfication into Windows 10 PC sometimes is feels like spam. but also add support for Microsoft login as well.

by default Join doesn't enable RemoteSMS on tablets. But my Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 VE can send sms and make call as a phone.

I'd like to be able to either: a) select more than one sms recipient (don't care whether it's sent as multiple SMS or one group MMS) OR b) select one of my contact groups as a recipient as can be done in mySMS. At the moment, I'm running mySMS just for this reason. It doesn't have the other nice features that Join does.

Allow an option to sync the theme selection between the phone and Chrome

Maybe we could have an "Other Devices" tab in Tasker that allows us to turn off/on tasks on remote devices, or create new ones.

It would be great if we could use a local IP (eg 192.168.x.x:port) instead of appspot.com URL to send messages with Join API.

Very usefull in a home automation system to control for instance an Android TV box.

Need Separation of User Apps and System Apps.

Reason: Many People don't know the system apps what for they are used.

Next Need an option to select all user apps or system apps

The reason for this being that my college's network seems to block the google messages API, so the app can't update on my laptop, if i'm on my college wifi, so it would be nice to be able to blacklist that wifi, so that if I am on it, the app will use data, instead of wifi for that wifi network only, so I don't have to turn on and off my wifi based on my location.
