Disallow registering devices with the same name to avoid double registrations leading to double pushes problems.

That would prevent double pushes and also help the user to identify devices with identical names.
Maybe I can make it append the date to a device name if it has the same name as before?
I don't think having two devices named (almost) the same is useful anyway - in my opinion this could simply be declined.
