Join Desktop App messages refresh

When the conversation tab auto-refreshes it could check if a conversation is still on the phone. If it's not, it should delete it from the desktop app as well

If I disable - reenable the sms from the mobile Join app (settings/SMS and Phone Calls), the conversations are refreshed correctly - the extra ones are deleted from the desktop app, but that's not ideal, methinks :)
