Allow for snoozing of chrome desktop notifications for a set amount of time. Notifications would still appear in the dropdown (and on device), but the pop-up would be hidden for the allotted time or until turned back on.

This is excellent - I was just looking for this option. ;)
I'm looking for snooze feature for each notification.
Example:
1. On your desktop you get chrome notification about SMS on your phone
2. You "snooze" this notification for 1 hour ( as you are busy right now to reply )
3. I'm willing to "donate" to prioritize my "feature requests"
