I use Tasker and AutoRemote to enable Join only when I log into my PC. I have a notification come up on my phone to show me Join is enabled, but there is no Join app or status bar icon to choose!
If you're using Android 6.0 you can simply use the Join icon here as the status bar icon (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9787157/join_i3_glyph_white.png) and this one (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9787157/com.joaomgcd.join.png) as the normal icon.
What about for 7.1? And fwiw there are other apps missing in some of these options..like Google play music doesn't show as an app icon option when choosing app icon images for an AutoTools list dialog...not sure if those are related
those are not related.
It also works for Android 7.1. It works for Android 6 and above.
