Add a Clear All button to Notifications

After being gone from my work PC for several days when I return I usually have a couple of dozen notifications stacked up on Join for Chrome.  Only way to clear them is to dismiss each individually.  It would be great that as soon as there are two or more notifications are present a clear all button appears to remove all notifications

would be nice if the button was at the top. Often times the notification shade on the desktop client expands so the bottom is off the screen. If the button was at the top, it would always be visible when clicking the extension button.

There already is a button for that :) Open the chrome extension popup in the notification tab and the button is there on the bottom right.
