Right now, Join allows for username/password to be specified when using MQTT, but does not actually send it.

Be able to use basic Join functionality within a Gmail Add-On (https://developers.google.com/gmail/add-ons/) 

In Android 8.0 and up, there is the ability to slowly swipe a notification a little to the right or left and you get a clock icon that, when clicked, allows you to snooze that notification for 30, 60, or 120 minutes (I'm not 100% sure the times, this is just from memory). It would be nice if the notifications that show up in Join have these options too.

Password to open SMS on device. Why? Let's say my friend is using my PC/laptop to check his email or whatever... I suddenly receive an SMS on my phone which is then mirrored to my PC/laptop... Now, if my friend will click on the notification, he will see the message, and can even reply... which is "not' what I want... I want a feature.. in which there is a setting in Join so that one can enter a password whenever he/she receives SMS on his laptop/PC to open that SMS. Please implement it

Currently, clicking the X on a notification banner in Chrome moves the notification to the Notifications tab of the extension, even after disabling the option "Add 'Dismiss Everywhere' Button in Chrome Notifications. If this is not added, the top-right X will dismiss the notifications everywhere." Please add the option to dismiss the notification everywhere by clicking the X on the Chrome notification banner itself (as opposed to the copy of the notification created under the Notifications tab).

Please add the option to dismiss notifications in the Chrome extension one at a time (most recent first) through a keyboard shortcut.

Is it possible to add a 'Search Bar' feature to the Chrome extension, whereby phone contacts or SMS content can be easily searched?

We just switched from MySMS. While this app had sync issues, it did have a handy search feature. 

Using Join for business communication means we often reference previous jobs or messages. This would be a very welcome inclusion to the extension.

I factory reset my devices once or twice a year and I always run into the same issue of not being able to restore the device id and pushes. Any chances backup/restore functionality for pushes and device id will be added any time soon?

As the title suggests I want to be able to retrieve the device current volume levels via the api.

Anyone up for building a "join notifier" smart app for SmartThings?

The reason for this being that my college's network seems to block the google messages API, so the app can't update on my laptop, if i'm on my college wifi, so it would be nice to be able to blacklist that wifi, so that if I am on it, the app will use data, instead of wifi for that wifi network only, so I don't have to turn on and off my wifi based on my location. 

It would be great to have Microsoft Teams support as it looks like it is going to be replacement for Skype as per Microsoft roadmap,

It would be nice to have an API to be called that detects wether a device is online or offline, so that we can do further actions only if a device is actually connected to the internet and ready to perform actions

Need an event as well as the paramaters for "Write Text in app on your device" from Chrome extension .

This will help to user to do whatever he wants to do with the content(Tasker commands are there ,but it doesn't allow a freeformat and need to be in AUtoapp command form?)

ALso Not to Self also can be a specific event rather than to handle as a push notification?

I have contacts with several phones, and I see all the numbers in the filtered Contacts list on Chrome. What I don't see is which phones are mobile or cell such that I can be sure I am texting the correct number. Can this be added? I see some really old posts about this, but it seems it hasn't been added in over a year. Thx!

When I click on the Chrome app version of Join, there is a black bar across the top that says, "Devices Notifications SMS/Phone." Then when I click "SMS/Phone" I see all my messaging threads. I click on one to detail into the thread, and it has an arrow at the top to return back to where I was. However the black bar is no longer visible and the only way I've found to get it back is to exit and re-enter the app. My idea is to allow the user to go back and have the black bar menu. Thanks!

It would be nice if we could create custom commands and they be available in the right click of the mouse. Same as AutoRemote does. For me would be possible to totally migrate from AutoRemote to Join since I only use AutoRemote because of this feature. Also you coul create the same menu for Join(Windows) to send files to another devices.
