it would be nice to capture this from the browser to place a call on the phone using the tel:// scheme API

I've been wanting to receive certain Windows 10 notifications on my Android phone and couldn't find any easy way to do this. After looking further into it, it seems to be possible with a notification listener (link to docs) - it's just that seemingly no one has done it yet.

Hoping this is something you'd consider implementing in Join!
