Option to disable Join's context menu item in Chrome

Every single other extension I use that supports Chrome's context menu has an option to disable that extension showing up in context menu except Join. Please give us an option to disable Join's context menu item.

To add on, disable specific devices too.

Maybe a toggle for what devices you want in the context menu, if none are checked, then hide it entirely?
