Respect do not disturb overrides

Right now, if I have "Respect Do Not Disturb" selected in the Notifications section of Join on Android, all notifications will be blocked from being sent, even those that override DND either via app settings or general DND settings (e.g. allow reminders/events).

Would it be possible to send notifications whenever they come through on the phone when DND is enabled?

This is exactly what I want. For example, if my DND is set to priority mode only, only calls from my contacts or starred contacts will ring. Consequently, call notifications only for those contacts need to come through. That would be a lot less distracting, honestly.
