Chrome Extension: Make Pop-up Notifications Stay on Screen So Long as Mouse is Hovered Over

Obey the timeout designated in advanced settings unless the mouse is hovered over the notification, in which case, keep the notification (and any others shown above in the stack) on screen until the mouse is moved away.

I am almost certain this is how notifications for the Pushbullet extension worked when I used that. They would stay on screen for about 10 seconds unless the mouse was on the notification, in which case they would stay for about 30 seconds. Maybe Google changed how Chrome handles this situation. Thanks.

Unfortunately there's no way to detect if the mouse hovers the notification, sorry.
