Add a bug report in the help page and please give access to support requests for those who might need to reach out to get help.
Thanks JD, perhaps you could add those links to the Help section of the Chrome Extension? That'd be cool, no need for a formal ticketing system... After all if I had found them there I would likely not eve added this feature request and thanks for the quick and human replies! ;)
