Push notification to specific device when connected to specific network.

Push notifications to home PC when connected to home network. Push notification to the work PC when connected to work wifi. Etc.

To add to this. Alow users to select when connected to select networks, such as cellular or WiFi. Which devices will get notifications, SMS, and call alerts.

For example, my tablet should get all alerts, but my desktop only gets SMS and Notifications.
