Add the ability to make/receive calls with Speaker mode turned on

Currently after making/receiving a call we need to get to another menu and turn the speaker on from there.

The easiest to implement the UI option would be to have a setting for that. It really annoying as you need to click through a couple of popups in order to enable the speaker while your caller is confused with no clear answer on their end.
