Since Join already syncs SMS/MMS between devices through Drive, it would be great if I could use Join to restore texts after a factory reset. All the information is already in Drive, it would just need to restore it to the phone.

Signal is a secured messenger by Open Whisper Systems. Join successfully forwards the message to the PC and sends responses...but it doesn't seem to add the responses to the Signal message database. I was wondering if it would be possible to add a line to show the insertion point of something being dragged. For example, when you would start dragging, a line would appear in between the other actions to indicate where the dragged item would be inserted if the user dropped the item.

That would be a big help :)

Push notifications to home PC when connected to home network. Push notification to the work PC when connected to work wifi. Etc. 

Would love to have Join right on my desktop. 

Currently, if i deleted some SMS thread on the phone, the 'SMS/Phone' tab on chrome extension still shows the old SMS thread. If i want to make them sync, i have to re-toggle 'SMS and Call Service' from Android app.

Please fix this, so that it sync automatically.

Considering that Microsoft Edge has the best battery life for laptops, I think adding an extension to Microsoft Edge will benefit users who want the best battery life from their device. Also, the SMS feature on the Join website does not work on Microsoft Edge.

Ability to restrict a certain app's notifications to specific devices. So notifications from app1 will be received to device1 and device3 but not device2.

Would like to sync on my own server rather than Google's. Perhaps you can enable webdav sync, or individual services like Dropbox, Nextcloud (which I have), onedrive etc. Perhaps webdav is easiest first though. Thanks for the great app so far!

Adding more messaging apps such as Whatsapp, Telegram, FB messenger etc so that it can show conversation threads instead of only having the option to reply directly. 

Some time i left my android wacht charging or tablet or phone and don't realise when they are charged. Cause all devices send an pop up message that they are full charged it would be wonderful to resend this pop ups through devices .then if I'm using another device i can unplug the charged device. You can reply to an existing group text thread, but you can't create a new one on the chrome extension -- it only lets you select one contact.

When in an MMS chat, the name above the message should be the person who sent the message rather than all the members if the MMS group. For instance, on the Textra messaging app on the phone, the name is displayed for the person who sent the message

It's lacking many features like making calls, sending sms, speak function and managing devices...

I'm trying out the new chromium based edge and join from chrome web store doesn't work right cause it connects via google api, took the opportunity to revisit join for windows, which I bought some time ago, but it had 0 updates since...

If it's no longer supported jut let us know, I bought it to have a more convenient integration independent from browsers, but It's not possible to use just that, making it almost pointless.

It should have the ability to set a default folder

Real life scenario : I'm using Join to pass notifications from my smartphone to my smartwatch (full android 5.1). My phone sends notifications to my smartwatch, but smartwatch is not connected to the internet in the moment when notification was pushed. I connect smartwatch to the internet after, let say 5 mins, and I have no any info that I missed notification.

I would like group MMS conversations to assign different colors for the other member of the conversation. Currently my bubbles are white and everyone else's is the same orange. I would like a different color for each person.

Currently after making/receiving a call we need to get to another menu and turn the speaker on from there.

Remote access to files in each device from other devices connected to Join. The idea is something similar to an FTP server with anonymous access with read and write access. Files may be accessed via a browser based file manager type interface. 

Also the idea can be extended further by letting anyone to access the device via a URL and logging in using proper credentials for total control of the device.
